security Deposit$300
The security deposit will hold the date for your event. the deposit will be returned in full following your event if the venue is cleaned up and without damage. Should you cancel your event, the deposit is nonrefundable. |
garage rental$300
If rented, you may use the air-conditioned/heated garage to get ready for the wedding/reception. The garage is available the morning of the wedding until one hour following the ceremony. Please note: the garage will not give access to the house. |
